Change Paper 1095-C Availability in Employee Personnel Page (EPP)

Summary

The Change Paper 1095-C option is now a separate option in EPP. The option to choose paper delivery of Form 1095‑C, Employer‑Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, will be unavailable in the Employee Personal Page (EPP) from Pay Period (PP) 02 through PP 04 of any given year. The 1095-C is available to employees through EPP and also the Reporting Center via the Financial Reports menu.

Implementation

In EPP, the Preference Change Paper 1095-C option is now separate from the Change Paper W-2 option.

The EPP procedure is being updated to reflect this change. To view this procedure, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC Home page. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select the Publications tab, select NFC System Documentation from the Publications Library section, and then select the applicable system/application page to access the procedure manual.
